Introduction: I believe in fitness with a strategy. I don't believe in random fitness. I believe that we have to work out to gain strength, flexibility and lean muscle mass to burn fat and in order to maximize our strength and flexibility. We also have to eat to fuel our body properly. The transformation I see that occurs in my clients' perception of themselves. My clients grow as people. They begin taking their health and bodies seriously. They also become more knowledgeable about not just eating right but eating in a way that maximizes results.

Lexi is amazing. I'm am a 40 year old female nurse and I had tried everything to lose weight. All I would do was yoyo diet and lose and gain---until I met Lexi. She put me on a fitness schedule and helped me with my diet. One thing I loved about Lexi's workouts besides the fact that they deliver results, is that I never got bored. They vary from session to session and got my heart rate up. She also explains why we are doing the exercises we do so I learn a lot. She isn't one of those trainers that just counts along. If she sees me struggling, she jumps right in and sweats alongside with me. Everything she has taught me and the results I've gotten have changed my life. In 3 months, I lost over 20lbs and gained lean muscle. I am so lucky to have her as my trainer.

I worked with Lexi to get rid of my beer belly. With my working full time and helping my wife raise 3 kids, I had begun feeling unhealthy. Lexi's workouts kicked my butt.
