- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually chat with a new client via phone and learn about their past activity level, any injuries or serious conditions and their goals. Then I chat a little bit about how I operate, the types of clients I work with, the results my clients achieve and what exactly I do. I then walk them through what an initial session with me looks like and then I open the floor for any questions. I strive to make sure all new clients feel at ease before the initial appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as a Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and I also hold NASM Weight Loss Specialist and Women's Fitness Specialist certifications.
