- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is simple. An initial phone consultation is free. During that conversation I ask what the client seeks, what the goal is and identify the various needs to achieve the goal. If I think I can help, we set a time to get together and have a single session. If the results of that session are successful, we discuss the value of that success. If, at the end of that discussion we agree, we set appointments for four more sessions to proceed toward fulfillment of the goal and establish a fee for those sessions. Additional meetings can be scheduled in groups of four until the goal is fulfilled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We incorporate them into groups of experienced practitioners after providing brief introductory general principles. We do our best to make new clients feel comfortable with classes and groups, providing ample opportunity to ask questions and provide answers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend conferences and seminars to keep current with evolving discoveries in the field of energy psychology and energy healing. We research the benefits and potential side-effects of various treatment modalities, test them, and zero in on those that work best for my skill set and for clients.
