Service call fees are applied toward approved repairs, and we offer competitive rates with occasional discounts for seniors, military members, and repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or message to understand the issue and schedule service — often same day. On-site, we perform a full inspection, explain the problem, and provide an upfront estimate before any work begins. With your approval, we complete the repair using quality parts and finish with a full balance and safety check to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on technical training in garage door repair, including springs, openers, cables, and full system diagnostics. I follow strict safety procedures and stay up to date with current industry standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure every job is done safely and correctly.
