I contacted Palms Garage Door about a my garage door not working correctly late in the evening. I also wanted a MyQ device installed. Yohai arrived first thing the next morning. He was professional and knowledgeable. He gave me all of options and explained everything to me. I decided to replace the garage opener. I had an appointment to go to and he worked until I needed to leave and returned to complete the job as soon as I returned home. I appreciated how accommodating he was with my schedule. He contacted me afterwards to make sure I understood how to use the MyQ and offered to return the following day if I needed more help with setting up codes. I highly recommend PalmsGarage Doors to assist with any garage needs.

Palms was quick and responsive to my messages throughout the whole process. The tech Matan arrived on time and explained my options for a fix. When we had a minor issue the day after the fix, the Palms sent the tech back out again at no charge. Would work with again.
