I contacted Palms Garage Door about a my garage door not working correctly late in the evening. I also wanted a MyQ device installed. Yohai arrived first thing the next morning. He was professional and knowledgeable. He gave me all of options and explained everything to me. I decided to replace the garage opener. I had an appointment to go to and he worked until I needed to leave and returned to complete the job as soon as I returned home. I appreciated how accommodating he was with my schedule. He contacted me afterwards to make sure I understood how to use the MyQ and offered to return the following day if I needed more help with setting up codes. I highly recommend PalmsGarage Doors to assist with any garage needs.
