- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Benchmark Brothers is capable of giving the most accurate price after having eyes on the project in person. Having a variety of factors can make it difficult to provide an accurate quote over the phone. Discounts are provided when more than one job is being performed on the same day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Diagnose the issue/concern, provide options on the different ways we can move forward and discuss the price points of each option, explain exactly what work will be performed after having confirmed the best way forward, and finally perform the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on training with various trades.
