- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here's how we come up with the price of any service. We use a standard pricing algorithm for every job. Price is determined by distance, scope, square footage (or acres), elevation, window size, tree height, level of repair, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll take the time to get some baseline information, provide a quote, and then start working on the job while keeping the customer fully up-to-date each step of the way. There's no guesswork with us. You'll know exactly what is happening in your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
