Adam McKey is a Master’s-level Counseling Psychology candidate | and an honor graduate in Mind-Body Psychology and Clinical Hypnotherapy from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI)—America’s first nationally accredited college of hypnotherapy.

Mr. Mckey was an amazing professional who guided me on my first foray into hypnotherapy. He calmly broke down the science behind hypnotherapy showing how it works inside and out. He then expertly guided me in my first session. I ended the session feeling light, calm and aligned. I already feel the impact of his work in my daily life. Those decisions one has to make throughout the day, I just feel this subtle shift within myself where I make the right choice for myself. Very excited for future sessions and can't recommend enough

My last hypnotherapy session with Adam was on February 27, of 2025. I can confidently say that he has been the best therapist I have ever worked with in my life. After the 7 sessions we had I see myself as a changed person, and I cannot imagine going back to where I was before in my mindset again. The experience and insight provided here is something I will keep in the tablet of my heart for the rest of my life. The best advice I can give to anyone interested in hypnotherapy is to allow yourself to receive. Adam is receptive to the interests and needs of his clients, and if you allow yourself to do the same, then progress is bound to occur.

I’ve had several hypnosis sessions with Adam and I can honestly say that my life and mindset have improved dramatically. Adam is professional grade and genuine. He carefully asked detailed questions to understand my unique and complicated situation and after each session I noticed a difference. Each session built on top of previous sessions and after just a few of them my mindset awakening or clearing really took hold. That’s when I experienced the biggest shift by allowing Adam to help me clear my long standing subconscious blocks. I’ve tried so many other modalities but while they have had short term effects, absolutely none of them yielded this level of breakthrough with quick results.
