FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour for my short sessions (2 hours to 3.5 hours). For my long sessions (over 3.5hours) I have a fixed fee whether the session is 4 hours or 6 hours. The long session ends when the maximum results possible are achieved. Many issues are resolved in a single session. Other more serious and complicated issues may take 2 or 3 sessions to resolve completely.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I MUST have a telephone conversation with a potential client before working with them. I have to make sure that the client is truly ready for the change before I schedule the first session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly getting updated on the latest and most effective methods and procedures. I love my profession and I am always searching for better, faster and more effective ways to help my clients. Continuing education units are also mandated by the NGH certifying board, but every year, I routinely receive many more hours of education than what is required. In fact I have just completed an advanced course on the latest advances in Chronic and Severe Pain Control.
