- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is for Coaching Services NOT therapy. Coaching is meant to help you to feel better and get clear FAST and take action with accountability. With Coaching you discover your own wisdom and are able to access unlimited creativity, energy, peace and flow. Coaching helps you to access your INNER power and naturally come up with plans of action that are INTUITIVE and do-able because you are no longer burdening yourself by"forced" actions and "shoulds". You operate from a place of natural flow. This is what happens when you release the conscious and un-conscious blocks that hold you back. These blocks often have to do with limiting beliefs that run you and prevent you from reaching your goals or living with grace, confidence and ease. Coaching helps you to resolve anything and everything that would block you from being and expressing your most authentic and impactful self. INITIAL CONSULT: If you have a sincere interest in how your life can transform through a professional coaching partnership, I want to offer you a complimentary 15 minute consult. This is a safe space for you to ask any questions, experience a shift and determine whether this is a fit for both of us to move forward. FEES: Individual Sessions are $100 and are scheduled for 15 minutes. Clients who have invested in paid-in-full (10 sessions) or subscribed (12 session package) receive lowered rates (see below). THE DYNAMIC LEADER: PAID IN FULL: (best value) Receive 5 private sessions paid in full for $447. (save 10%) Or receive 10 high performance sessions for $797. (save 20%) Your sessions may be used as often as you wished based upon your need, growth and integration. THE SUCCESS ROUTE: WEEKLY (SUBSCRIPTION): 12 session package brings sessions to $89 each. (You pay $89 every week for 12 weeks and you may use the sessions as often as desired.) SAME DAY/EMERGENCY SESSIONS: $500 per hour or $125 per 15 minutes 1/2 Day Private One-to-One In-Person or FAMILY INTERVENTION: $2500, travel and accommodations not included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are sincere about getting solutions while growing yourself as a better human, I want to offer you an INITIAL CONSULT. The Initial Consult is complimentary for you to get any pressing questions answered, find some immediate relief to your situation and to establish whether or not there is an inclination to work together. After the initial consult, your FIRST SESSION upon hiring me as your Professional Life or Relationship Coach I will do an assessment with you to learn as much as possible about who you are and what you really want most in this situation and as a result of our time together. What do you want the future to look like? Some clients really want ACCOUNTABILITY and want to use the coaching partnership as a way to check-in each week with their progress and goals. Coaching is great for that because we often can let ourselves slide or fall into old patterns without having someone we need to "report" to. If there are things in the way of your progress we will work through those so you have more energy and clarity for moving forward after our call. You will be held accountable for telling where you’re at, pass or fail and asked to consider what it is you learned or wish to re-commit to. Other clients have a pressing situation in demand of attention right away. For example, an executive client might be 10 minutes from going into a major meeting and needs clarity FAST. An Entrepreneur might be about to go LIVE and has something that needs to be cleared-- Or an interview that you want to ace that's right around the corner. I will help you activate and manage your most authentic and confident self. I will help you achieve a state of calm and knowing so that the most winning of possibilities can be attracted to you. Sometimes with clients who have nervous or confrontational situations, we might do some role-playing to make sure they land it in their energy and in their WORDS how to show up as their best self. Other clients want to find peace or experience healing in their relationships. They may have got spun out of control or "triggered" by something someone else said or did and they want help to handle it and process it in a healthy matter. As you might notice from the examples above, every situation and client has a nuance that guides how the coaching session will take shape. In other words, I as your Coach show up with an open mind and ready to work with you uniquely as you show up. I have no scripts. I have no cookie-cutter ways of treating you. You are a unique individual and I pray for a highest outcome for you and your dreams and desires. I keep myself intent and focused on what needs to come through or be said to help you achieve the highest result possible. So get ready for the magic!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nina is a world-class coach with a depth and range of experience that supercedes that of the average or amateur. Her formal coaching training was done at the Coaches Training Institute in San Francisco and Los Angeles, CA where she then served as a leader from the back of the room for all 5 of their modules. She is a Psychology major who graduated with honors and was a coveted applicant at Naropa University in Boulder, CO and Pacifica University in Santa Barbara. Nina is currently going for her Masters in Dispute Resolution at The Pepperdine School of Law. Nina has vast postgraduate training-- she was personally mentored by the famous relationship expert, Dr Pat Allen and graduated from her 2 year Master's level training at her former WANT Institute. During these years Nina brought dozens of people from her community to receive free public counseling that went on to change countless lives and relationships for the better. Her experience in holistic health, mindfulness and meditation are vast and worldwide. She is a certified as a yoga teacher, clinical hypnotherapist and has hosted meditation retreats with the former Director for The School of The Work of Byron Katie. Her travels to Nepal, Thailand and Switzerland were in study and lots of silence!
