My name is Troy Lunn. I’m a welder, engineer, and professional problem solver. I have a background working in the construction, automotive, aerospace, and defense industries. - I offer a variety of mobile or in-shop welding services including: stick, TIG, and flux-core MIG (for mild steel, stainless steel, Chromoly, aluminum, and more) - CAD/3D rendering services - 3D printing services - home automation services - auto repair and detailing services such as paint-less dent repair, headlight restoration paint restoration, wheel alignment, electrical diagnostics, and other auto repair services. How: - I have a variety of welders, and other metal fabrication equipment - I hold accounts with local component and consumables suppliers - I have a heavy duty truck, complete with heavy duty winch - I have a small shop - I have access to CNC mills, lathes, plasma tables, water jet tables, and more - I have 18 years of experience using a variety of CAD software, and have developed a variety of methods for rapid design - I have a small 3D print lab with custom built printers to make high-end components, quickly, from a wide variety of materials - I have engineering-grade 3D printing materials on-hand, and other hardware to allow for proper bolt usage - I have a wide variety of micro-computers and programmable micro controllers on-hand - I have a wide variety sensors, motors, and servos on-hand - I have OBDII scanners, cables, and computers capable of interfacing with almost any vehicle - I have dent pulling equipment along with the training and experience to use it - I can automate homes(or vehicles, vessels, tools, etc.) using off-the-shelf systems, or with entirely custom hardware Few jobs are too large or too small for me. From fence repair, to aircraft design, and everything in-between, I can get it done.
