Hi and welcome ✨ My name is Darcey. I am a Decluttering Specialist, Professional Organizer, Certified ADHD Life Coach, and Owner of HALO & Co. LLC. I recently moved to San Diego from Vancouver, Canada, and am SO excited to work with new clients in a much less rainy place! 💫 What is HALO, and who is it for... HALO stands for Home And Lifestyle Optimization. I help individuals and families declutter, organize, optimize and redesign their homes, in order to cultivate clarity within their lives. Before we can organize a space, we must declutter. This can be an extremely overwhelming experience for many; one that can require significant time, energy and decision making. Very often it will also bring up difficult emotions of guilt, shame, fear and loss. I understand how challenging it can be to part with items that connect us to people, memories, feelings, passion projects, and our creativity in general. These "things" represent pieces of our past, our present, and often a desired future. I can also empathize with those who feel overwhelmed, overstimulated - and flippin over it! When trying to tackle these things on your own, it can be so hard to know where to even start, and the frustration of not seeing any lasting progress can be so infuriating. 💫 The HALO Method... I take a very holistic approach to working with my clients, ensuring that we are making changes that feel right and can be maintained over time. Though I love a good label maker, I do not spend time on creating Pinterest-worthy "perfection". Rather, the essence of my method is based on making the most of your space and working with what you already own, prior to recommending any additional items. I will simultaneously help you let go of what is no longer serving you, as we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My ultimate goal is to help you start your days feeling light, energized, happy and free, and to end them feeling accomplished, proud and settled in your space. I hired Darcy, the owner of HALO organizing Co. As a surprise gift for my daughter while she and her children were away on vacation Darcy completely transform their kitchen and pantry, and the results were absolutely incredible. From start to finish, she was professional, courteous, and a true pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and it’s clear she takes great pride in her work. She goes above and beyond in every way, and her warm personality makes the entire experience even better. When my daughter and her four children returned home, they were absolutely thrilled to find a beautifully organized space that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.     I offer three packages: - Individual session (3 hours): $150 - Value package (12 hours): $550 (Most popular) | Designed to be spread across 4 sessions. - Holistic Home Makeover (30 hours): $1200 | Designed to be spread across 10 sessions. Please note: ✨ All packages require payment in-full before you are able to reserve your sessions. ✨ Pricing is non-negotiable. ✨ Once a project has begun, all packages are non-refundable.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    It is just as important to me as it is to you that we are a good fit. This can be a very vulnerable and overwhelming piece of your life to both face, and share with a totally new person. While it is my intention to make this process as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, if you have a large project, but are unsure, nervous, or at all uncomfortable, I highly encourage you to start with a smaller package!
