- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $75 per hour, with a 4-hour minimum per visit. I offer both one-time organizing projects and ongoing weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits, including organization maintenance and laundry assistance. Organizing products and supplies are purchased separately, based on your needs and preferences. A $30 travel fee applies to locations more than 25 miles from my service base (one-way). Travel fees for more distant locations may vary. I specialize in interior home organizing and do not offer garage or storage unit organizing services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a complimentary phone consultation to learn about your space, priorities, and what you'd like to accomplish. I'll request photos and a short video of the space to better understand your needs, assess the project, and estimate the time required. For certain projects, an in-home consultation may also be recommended. Once we establish a plan, we'll schedule your organizing session. I create personalized organizing systems that combine functionality, aesthetics, and practical solutions tailored to your lifestyle. My goal is to create beautiful, organized, and functional spaces that are easy to maintain long after our session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a professional organizer certified by Organizer.Club, with over 7 years of hands-on experience working directly with clients in residential and professional organizing. Throughout my career, I've gained extensive practical experience in space planning, customized organizing systems, product selection, and project coordination. Working closely with clients over the years has taught me how to understand their individual needs, adapt to different lifestyles, and create thoughtful, functional solutions that are both beautiful and easy to maintain.
