Introduction: I have always loved adventure and sports for as long as I can remember. My journey into fitness first began when I was introduced to volleyball by a next door neighbor who happened to coach volleyball, and I absolutely fell in love with the game as soon as I stepped on the court. I proceeded to play competitively both beach and indoor for 8 years. Volleyball taught me many valuable lessons. It opened my eyes to what a powerful role mindset plays when it comes to meeting goals. I also learned the importance of giving your body the care and attention it needs. I witnessed and experienced a lot of injuries and setbacks throughout my athletic career simply due to lack of knowledge and care. This is what started my passion for the corrective exercise and injury prevention discipline of kinesiology. I love to teach people how they can prevent such setbacks in their own lives and fuel their body correctly. Health is not always just what you see on the outside; I believe health has many different components. It is made up of what’s going on inside of you, whether that be emotional, nutritional or physical. I love to work with people on their fitness goals from a multidimensional approach to help them achieve their highest potential whilst feeling healthy and strong through the process. Everybody inhabits a different body that comes with particular needs, so I believe a customized approach to health is essential for all individuals.

Georgiana is the best investment I have ever made in my personal wellbeing!!! When I started my training, I was completely out of shape, had little mobility, overweight, and had chronic lower back and hip pain for 12 years. I am 59 years-old female, and I have been training five days a week for the last four months. What a difference! I have gained muscle mass, lost significant fat, gained much needed mobility and no longer have back or hip pain. Everyone sees a huge difference since I started training with Georgiana. She tailors thoughtful workout plans for every session to help target my most needed concerns and gets me to the place where I can thrive physically, while also challenging me to go further in each session. Her greatest concern is your health, safety and fitness goals. I look forward to every single session and look forward to the months ahead as I keep challenging all my fitness goals. Georgiana is extremely knowledgeable about how the body works which shows in her work. She is able to understand my needs exactly and modify each work out tailored to me which is so nice and not what I’ve seen with other trainers. She also has a deep understanding of nutrition and helps customize my eating habits to help me reach my goals. I would highly highly recommend Georgiana to anyone wanting to get healthier, stronger, lose weight.
