- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our window films are premium-grade, providing industry-leading heat rejection and durability, backed by a lifetime warranty for your peace of mind. Additionally, we proudly offer a 10% discount to military personnel with valid ID as a token of our appreciation for their service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be seamless and convenient. After an initial phone call, we typically send the customer a link to our scheduling app, Tint Wiz. We ask customers to fill out basic contact information and the address where the work will be performed, then simply tap submit. Once received, our office assigns the request to one of our technicians, who will reach out to schedule an in-person visit to take measurements, review film options, and answer any questions you may have. Based on this visit, we provide a detailed quote via email. If the customer decides to move forward, they can select their preferred options directly on the proposal and tap the approve button. Once confirmed, we order the film and schedule a convenient installation date to complete the project with efficiency and professionalism.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our window film installers has a minimum of 10 years of experience specializing in flat glass window tint installation with our lead installers having over 35 years under their belt. Unlike many tinting companies, we focus exclusively on residential and commercial projects—we do not offer auto tinting. Tint Solutions is fully licensed as a contractor for residential and commercial window coverings, and we are both bonded and insured, ensuring professionalism, reliability, and peace of mind for our customers.
