I had a great experience with Hutchins Home Services. Stephen went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute repair to our closet doors before company arrived that evening. He is friendly, easy to work with, and prices fairly. His experience is broad so he is knowledgeable and able to install or repair almost everything. I will definitely hire him again for some upcoming projects. Thanks Stephen!

Water leak in front yard. Miguel came by and checked it out and found it not to be sprinkler leak but a main water pipe. He called to inform me and gave me a fair estimate and even suggested I get other quotes. He did the repairs with a co-worker who was also good. They had to remove part of my cement walkway since the pipe was underneath. He let me know that before re-cementing the area dry. Miguel was very personable and explained more than others would have. My neighbor grabbed on to him for handyman work and she was very pleased.

Kevin Ghazarian worked with me on a variety of prominent projects at my home. In all aspects from budgeting, design, planning and organization of the construction schedule, he was a tremendous asset. On each home improvement he displayed exceptional qualities of creative-problem solving, fortitude as a leader and task-master and attention to detail in design and craftsmanship. I am very pleased on how well the projects turned out, which is due largely to his professional contributions. Highlights of projects are described as follows: 1. Interior painting of several rooms and kitchen. The design motif was a traditional Tuscani color scheme. The original and uniquely beautiful architectural elements such as the curved kitchen cabinets, wordolf walls, crown mouldings, bay windows and fire place mantel pieces were individually painted separate colors. This was challenging in its multi color design and tedious attention to painting the details. In two rooms alone there were 15 different colors used, all of which had to be the perfect color and hue. 2. Installation of wood floors. A beautiful distressed antique wood flooring was installed in the kitchen, pantry, bathroom and large family room. This involved subfloor demolition, removal and replacement, and the detailed installation of wood flooring and moulding. The hard, back breaking work required a number of workers managed by Kevin. As a result, the work flow was systematically optimized and “driven” until the project’s completion. Kevin was a relentless task master and has many skills as a talented worker. 3. Electrical rewiring of bathroom and hallway. The old wiring was faulty and insufficient and new wiring was pulled and replaced. All ceiling light fixtures, electrical outlets and switches were chosen and installed. A 3 way switch system was a necessity and was devised quickly and installed correctly to code by Kevin. This all required the knowledge and skill of a trained electrician. 4. Construction of exterior deck. This project involved much post production planning and design. “Trek” decking materials, sub deck foundations, metal piers, treated lumber of all sizes, and all the special screws and bolts needed to be estimated and purchased for this large construction project. Unlike a simple rectangular shape, this deck was complex in design with multiple angles, levels and steps. Cutting perfect angles and lengths of Trek decking were a necessity in order for this deck to turn out as provocative and beautiful as it did.

Turned up on time. Did really good work. removed all dry rot, replaced, sealed and painted new wood trim which had to be cut to size and fit. Gave good advice on maintenance care. Kept to price which was good. Also made a helpful inspection of other areas of concern and quoted same day for those repairs.Left everything clean and tidy.

We had John and his team in to remove a set of four cabinets from the space between our kitchen and dining room. They were on time, extremely professional and fast! John was sure to walk me through the contract we signed and answer any questions I had. They did an excellent job removing the cabinets and cleaning up - and even patched the ceiling so we can slap some paint on and be good to go. Thank you all again for helping us out today!

Paul and his crew installed crown molding and base board in my home. They started the job on time and finished on time which is exceptional compared to most all other contractors working today. They did an outstanding job and would rate them a 9.99 on a scale of 10. I especially want to give a big thumbs up to the paint crew. They covered every nail hole and the trim work was superb. I would recommend Paul to any of my friends and neighbors without hesitation. I have also commissioned him to do some shutter installation and to build a special shelf in my hall.

George painted the trim on my 2-story house, all the exterior doors; including the garage trim and washed the vinyl siding on the upper story. Everything was patched an primed - which does not go without saying these days. The workmanship was outstanding in every way; no drips or runs and every part of the contrast, which was against the white, was meticulously detailed. I could not have been more pleased. The lower portion of my house is brick and during an install of a new front door the painters had splattered the brick around the porch with white paint. I was at a loss on what to use to remove the paint as the brick is quite old and fragile; scraping didn't seem like a good idea. George matched the brick color with matte paint and hand covered all the speckles. AMAZING! The front porch makes a lovely presentation with his work and creative problem solving. He was very respectful of the property and left everything cleaner than he found it! The pride he takes in his work shows! I will never use anyone else for projects around my home!

I hired Kirk to install carpeting and hardwood floors throughout our home. Kirk accompanied me to various flooring outlets and assisted in selecting and negotiating the purchase of the material. The next day Kirk started the project with removing old flooring and installing new. It was a very involved project given the condition of the existing material. The job was finished in a few days. Kirk is very knowledgeable and professional. Also, I have hired Kirk for various other jobs including plumbing and construction projects. Therefore, I would not hesitate to recommend Kirk to others in the future. Roy M.

Ali did our kitchen remodeling.  He removed all the old cabinets, took care of any issues with the wall such as holes, patching, painting, installed the new cabinets, ran the piping, installed the sink, garbage disposal, and kitchen lighting and electrical.  We were very happy with his work.  He is very polite and professional.  He listened to what we wanted and did a very clean job.

About

Here at Trinity Window Fashions, it is our goal to make your window covering experience easy and hassle free. We are honest and reliable and do everything that we do with integrity. We manufacture Plantation Shutters with over 30 years of experience building and installing shutters. (We actually build the shutters for a lot of the other companies that are selling shutters to the public. They buy them from us and then turn around sell them to you, at an additional charge of course.) It is our goal to make only happy customers who will tell their friends and family about us; referrals are our lifeblood. We build our shutters with 100% basswood, kiln dried and stabilized. We use lacquer paints and stains so that our shutters will last a lifetime with no chipping, peeling, or fading. Our shutters come with a lifetime warranty that we intend to honor. We are not trying to be the biggest shutter company, just among the best! All shutters are not created equal. There are a lot of ways to cut corners and make cheaper shutters, like using cheaper wood or mass producing shutters to fit within 1-3 inches and then using trim pieces to cover up the difference; this is simply something we refuse to do. If you are looking for high-quality shutters at an affordable price and custom made for your home, then we are the company you want to use. Please call us today and schedule an appointment for a free in-home demo and estimate. Our average lead time from order placement to installation is 2-4 weeks. We can make a shutter to fit any hole, from windows, to doors, to skylights, to closets, to doorways to pass-thru's, anywhere you need. Nothing provides energy savings like a shutter; in the summer, they will keep your house cooler, and in the winter, they will keep your house warmer. Shutters are the only window covering that will add value to your home and pay for themselves through energy savings and when you sell your home. Thank you for considering Trinity Window Fashions and for giving us the chance to earn your business.
