Yuriy74 did craftsman repairs on both wooden gates. They operate better than when they were first installed by a fencing company five years ago. I have other work needed for some exterior trim and Yuriy74 will surely be the person hired.

In addition to Work Quality, Value, and Punctuality, I liked their Professionalism, and Responsiveness. When I contracted with YURIY74 to replace a fence with a broken post and a gate that was falling apart, I expected them to erect a fence and gate with the same quality and workmanship as what was being replaced. The original was installed when the house was built, nearly 23 years ago. Much to my delight, the workmanship was well beyond my expectations. They also installed an upgraded gate latch that I had acquired. I am thrilled with the end product. Besides building a substantial replacement for my broken-down fence, they left the worksite in better condition than they found it when they arrived to do the work. In addition to the fence/gate project, I asked them to clean out a rain gutter that I have found to be very difficult to access. I have done my best to clean it several times, but my work had only produced minimal results. My rain gutter is cleaner now than it has been since it was installed! Alex even made himself a "custom" tool to aid in the task. I could not be more pleased with my decision to contract with YURIY74 for my projects. I would not hesitate to call them again and would encourage anyone who is looking for handyman services to give them a try - especially if you need a fence and/or a gate!

Yuriy arrived a few minutes early and got to work like the professional he is, ready with an array of tools and all the supplies required to repair a 9-foot span of wooden fence that had been destroyed by last year's wind disaster. He explained not only what he planned to do, but why, specifically the addition of a support bolt to the base of a small cinder block wall to improve the fence's structural stability. He finished the project within a few hours and I'm pleased to the point we are considering getting another section replaced. His prices are reasonable too.

Our wooden toppers fell down with the hedge during heavy rain and wind. Yuriy came to give us a quote very quickly. He did the repairs/replacement by himself and was very responsive. He was able to repair it before a backyard party that we were having. Very happy with his work. The price was reasonable too. Would definitely hire him again for future fence work.
