Fil was fantastic in helping me to replace two old sinks and faucets in my primary bathroom. He responded within minutes of my first inquiry, set up a timely visit to scope the work, took on additional tasking to obtain the sinks on my behalf, and scheduled the work within days of my first inquiry. The work performed by Fil and his counterpart was fabulous. They worked quickly and diligently to repair the angle stops under the sink, secure new plumbing lines, and install two new sinks and faucets. They kept me informed throughout the process and were extremely professional in all respects. Without question I will call Fil again for any plumbing needs that I encounter. Great experience with Fil. We had leaking around the faucet, a busted garbage disposal and a sink that needed caulking. Fil was responsive, gave a reasonable quote and stayed on to do a complete and thorough job when he found bigger plumbing issues (there was some corrosion and a drain and P trap replacement). There were some language barrier issues but Fil was able to communicate with my tenants through Google translate and texted me clearly with updates as the job progressed. Fil did a great job and we’d be happy to work with him again.
