MJ was respectable, comfortable, and a good listener. He listened carefully to my concerns, walked with me around the perimeter and checked out my attic and roof, quickly but thoroughly, and helped me understand some of the problems that he could see with his experienced eye. After suggesting solutions with cost versus aesthetics options for me to consider, he accepted my decisions. His estimate proposal accurately reflected the things we'd agreed on. I enjoyed working with MJ, and I'm glad my pest issue is addressed.
