I booked Fitzgerald for my daughter’s 6th birthday. He arrived on time and was busy for the whole 2 hours. His work is amazing and left the lil kiddos super happy… his balloon making skills were top notch. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family…. Last but not least… affordable pricing.

We booked both face painting and balloon twisting services for 2 hours. The first hour we only had the face painter, there was no one doing balloons at all. The balloon person only showed up after guests started asking about it, about an hour later. And when he finally came, he didn’t know how to make balloon figures! He just handed out plain inflated balloons to the kids. It felt very unorganized and disappointing since we had booked both services in advance.

I just wanted to clarify that your booking included one artist for face painting, not two separate entertainers. The second person present was a helper, not a balloon artist, which was mentioned when we confirmed the booking.
We did our best to accommodate the larger number of children and timing adjustments on the day of the event, but I completely understand how expectations may have been different. I truly appreciate you sharing your experience — it helps us improve coordination for future events.

Erin was beyond incredible!!! He was an absolute hit at my son's first birthday event and generated the most beautiful cariatures for our guest. He even even fared the stormy weather and arrived at our event well before the start time. We can't thank him enough for everything and can't recommend him enough!
