Tynia is amazing!! She is super sweet, and very professional. She responds quickly and was easily to schedule an appointment. As for the work she did, that was better than amazing! She really is OCD and will clean and care for your place as if it were her own. She got dust and grime out of places I gave up on a long time ago and my place hasn’t looked this good since I moved in. I will definitely be calling her again!

Tynia and Chris are AMAZING! My home is cleaner than it has ever been in the nearly three years we’ve lived here - they truly live up to the “OCD” in their name. Walking through my home and seeing my stark white shower tiles, sparkling appliances, shining hardwood floors, and artful vacuum patterns in my carpets, I can tell Tynia and Chris take pride in their work- it literally shows through in every corner of my home. And it was a big job - we’re a three story, 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom household with three dogs that shed. Yikes! Thank goodness for OCD. Looks aside, my home smells *incredible* - in the past, with other cleaners, I’ve come home to a clean house but endured the nagging smell of bleach or other harsh chemicals for days; not this time! My home smells floral and fresh in a know-it’s-clean, not overpowering, way. Service aside, Tynia’s pricing is very competitive and she offers a great value compared to other cleaners I’ve worked with and vetted. She was among the first to respond to my posting on Thumbtack, and remained highly responsive throughout the entire process. She arrived right on time, walked through my home with me to ensure she was meeting my needs, and she even texted progress updates while working through my home, and pictures of the final finished product before locking up and leaving for the day. On top of all this, she’s *very* friendly and a gem to work with. We will definitely be calling OCD back next time we’re in need!

If I could select all three I would. Extra stuff was cleaned and picked up. I can tell it was cleaned with care and time. I was notified before she was done so I had time to return and lock up my unit

I first like to introduce myself, I always want the customer to feel comfortable. Ask or clarify what the type of service they want and get to work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started cleaning as a hobby something to keep myself busy during down time. And when I started to clean for family and friends they were the ones that motivated me to turn it my hobby into a fun business that I can call my own.
