Shayla did a great job cleaning my home as I was preparing for out of town guests. She was responsive and professional the entire time. She came back to finish work that was not completed to my satisfaction, although her work quality is good, she made sure to take care of my concerns. The price you see is only an estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer confirms the service, I like to ask what their main concerns are so I can make that my priority! And I like Roger details on the type of home that includes type of floors, blinds, windows. Etc.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I worked on a clients kitchen and dining room floor, very old flooring with a unique style and pores material. It took me 45 minutes to scrub, wash and dry the floor.
