I had a variety of odds and ends that I needed help with; the garbage disposal was not working, I needed to change the lightbulb above the stove, and the same for the refrigerator. Bill figured out the problems and solved them promptly, may I add. Since he completed those tasks, I have meant to replace the battery in my fire alarm, and he was happy to help me with that, plus a few pro-tips in general. He is knowledgeable and experienced. I stumbled across Thumbtack and messaged handyman's because I was having a hard time finding someone to remove a hanging kitchen cabinet and a peninsula from the middle of my kitchen. William promptly messaged me back and made time to come do the work when it fit into our other home improvement projects. He did a great job removing the cabinets, all of the tile in the kitchen, and moving a cabinet to make it be flush and work with what was originally there. He did an excellent job cleaning up as he went. He was comfortable to have in the house (I'm a single, senior citizen) and we had a good conversation when he took a break for lunch. He offered offered excellent tips and pointers for the other work we were having done. We were so happy with his work that within days we contacted him to do additional work. His prices are more than fair. You will not be disappointed if you hire him to do work for you.

I offer competitive pricing it’s unlikely to find a cheaper price and still get the quality of work i offer
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am always happy to meet with new customers. I believe in building mutual trust and even friendships with my customers. I am happy to answer any and all questions. I understand that some people have little or no experience with home repairs/improvements and have no problem walking you through the process if needed. I will also let you know of any cheaper options if there are any available
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing general construction and handyman work for over 15 years. Most of my business is word of mouth i will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with the work done.
