What is the company's training, experience, warranty policy, range of services? Does the person answering the phone seem knowledgable and friendly, able and willing to answer your questions or find someone who can? Can you expect your technician to be clean and uniformed, polite, friendly, able to converse with you, drug-free, without a criminal history -- someone you will be comfortable having in your home or office? If pet odor or urine is a concern, will your technician just cover up the odor or will he be able to locate and get rid of the source like your Chem-Dry technician can?
