SRD Electric can improve by correcting problems it creates on a service call and by not refusing to return to the job site even when provided photographs of how their work caused a problem for the customer. SRD installed an oversized electrical junction box door that prevented access into adjacent electrical control boxes and refused to return and remedy the problem. Additionally we believe SRD was overly expensive for the work performed.
