As home inspector, Mr. McClain,found a lot of problems a lot of other Inspector, I know for a fact, would have missed or overlooked. These were problems that a Realtor or Consumer would have could seen because they were above and under the surface of the dwelling. I wouldn't be able to resell it later on down the line without spending a lot of money for repairs. As a hard working consumer, in these days, I can not afford to waste or give away money on a bad a investment. I was very pleased with his professionalism and accuracy. Brandon is the most thorough, concentrated home inspector I've ever experienced. I thought I had found my dream home, I hired Brandon to inspect the house, he found a crack in the foundation of the home. I really feel that if I had hired someone else that foundation would have been overlooked. Brandon impressed me so much that I hired him to inspect the home that i have now purchased, I'm completely satisfied, and appreciate Brandon for doing such a good job.

The Contractor was on time, made confirmation telephone communication, dress and performed professionally. We received the Report both verbally and in-writing within 24 hours of services request. The report allow the Buyer to make a decision for calling in an expert to provide additional information/analysis. McClain's Property Inspection is a service I plan to utilize in the future.
