- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For certain things like locates or serves we have standard pricing. Most other type of investigations are priced individually since every investigation is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have spoken over the phone or email we then schedule a meeting with the cutomer and go over their case. Once we have reviewed the customers case we go over how the investigation will be conducted and then the customer is provided pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
P.O.S.T. (Peace Officer Standards and Training) Certified Criminal/Crime Scene Investigator (CSI) since 1990.
