- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, all the time because laws change every year. Currently I belong to several association and I take advantage of the education beyond what is needed to maintain my license.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was managing my property for years, then family and friends needed help. Soon after that I obtain my Real Estate brokers license to manage properties and sell properties.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My biggest advice is, don't try to do it alone. Either hire full service property manager or work with one so you get all the right forms to use. We provide, "a la carte" as well.
