Chris is a very smart guy. More importantly, he is an amazing listener and able to explain and troubleshoot very easily. Excellent communication. My first time speaking to a locksmith and I was impressed by Chris. Our house lock needed to have the cylinder repaired and re-keyed. It was an old lock and it wouldn't turn anymore! The onsite technician Adrian (a great guy as well!) came to our house on time as scheduled and in about half an hour had everything done. Thank you Chris, Adrian and B&B Lock & Security for saving our home lock security and giving our family peace of mind. The experience was an amazing one! Highly recommend this business.

They sent Jovon to install an armored concept security door kit to my residence. This gentleman was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the kit and the installation. He explained the purpose and pros and cons of every piece of the lock kit which made me feel like he was accommodating our specific concerns and not just selling me something. He was absolutely on time, courteous, and worked very quickly. B&B locksmiths are awesome and Jovon is a top flight technician.

Hardware stores and kiosks cant do what a master in their craft can do. You need classic vehicle keys, house or specialty locks, B&B is the only option.

Needed help with my key fob they were so helpful let me know my battery still worked and the charger was still working and didn't charge me anything. Super helpful will be going back to get my key fobs programmed for sure.
