****** !!!!PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCMENT PLEASE READ !!!! ******* I wouldn’t even rate her not 1 STAR!!Stacie is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE !! She cancelled the day before the event we depended on her and paid her the day we hired her she gave the most lowest excuse as well as involving her personal life into her business and does not plan her schedule on time. and SHE turned what could’ve been the best day to the worst and left us with no hope. All of our plans have to be regrouped in less then a day. And on top of that what we paid her which was a lot of Money, she wasn’t able to give us a RUSH refund or gave us a refund to get it sooner which venders do have options I can provide a few and she REFUSED. Please you guys if you need someone dependable please I beg you DO NOT HIRE HER ! She is a red flag scammer. Thank you, Vivian for your review. I am sorry your day didn’t go as planned, because of the weather conditions. I can understand your frustration, however, for the safety of you, your guest, my team and my equipment, it was best this not be done outside. There are 50 mph winds and a fire very close to your event location. Not once was it mentioned that there was a personal issue, being the reason your event couldn’t be fulfilled. I did offer yourself, and your sister, who originally hired me, alternative options. Such as, hosting the event inside. I issued the refund immediately, however, your unhappy the that the processing of the refund would take 3-5 business days, as Thats is customary for the card issuer. Additionally, I offered to do the job for your sister for a lower rate than normal because I was touched by what your sister was tying to do for your mother. I am a god fearing woman, who puts family first. I was very honest and upfront. You’re trying to defame my character. I am not a scammer, my previous reviews speak for themselves. I apologize things didn’t work out.
