Kevin Abandy is a total professional. In 16 weeks at his Chino Hills gym, he helped me achieve an incredible transformation-losing fat while maintaining muscle. He is uniquely patient and does reps with you to ensure perfect form. Whether you go to his gym or he comes to you, Kevin makes the hard work fun. Highly recommend!!

Joined his personal training program in October and its been great. I was able to lose weight at a good pace..so far I am down 14 lbs. Workouts are very efficient and simplified to keep you engaged but mixes it up to ensure you don’t plateau. Very cost efficient as well compared to other personal trainers. I highly recommend.

Kevin is my first personal trainer I’ve had. I’ve been trying to workout and lose weight for years but I just lack consistency in both diet and training. Ever since I started working out with Kevin, I’ve been able to consistently stick to going to the gym for longest period of my life so far and counting. On top of showing me tools and resources that are helpful in bettering my dietary choices, I’ve felt the best I have in awhile and am the strongest I’ve been ever. Another thing is that he is very understanding and will work with you in terms of scheduling. Trying to balance school, work, personal life, and hobbies on top of working out can get a little stressful at times but Kevin has been more than understanding and willing to workout a schedule that works best for both of us. Can’t recommend him enough, if you need a trainer I suggest trying out with Kevin.

Kevin is an excellent trainer who not only cares about his clients’ personal fitness goals, but also their safety in the gym. At the time of writing this review, I’ve worked with him for about 2 months (twice a week) and have already started noticing a difference in my strength and physique. He always gives tips on proper form, technique, and emphasizes stretching to help with recovery. Service wise, he’s always punctual, flexible, and straightforward (no bs, clear about expectations and pricing). Don’t hesitate to reach out!
