These guys are awesome! It was Thursday evening and I was frantically looking on Thumbtack for an affordable plumber to come out and replace our water heater that had just leaked out all over my garage floor. There were plenty to choose from who all had great reviews so I sent a message out to the top five for an estimate. One quoted over $3000 for the water heater plus additional parts and labor. In addition to coming out in a weekend for another fee for emergency service. It would be close to $5000. That plumber refused to install anything bought at a retail store. Another plumber said he didn’t recommend it but would still install the “crap” water heater from the retail store if I wanted it. But also had high rates and emergency weekend charges. It would be $2800 plus whatever I paid for the “crap” water heater.
Then in less than 30 minutes, I got a text from Emmanuel. He said that RapidDrain Pros can take care of me. It was getting late so I waited til Friday to reach out. When I got up in the morning for work, I noticed a voicemail on my phone. It was Emmanuel checking to see if we were okay. He said I got your message and it sounded like an emergency and wanted to see if you needed someone to come out tonight to help get the situation under control. That phone call alone told me all I needed to know about what kind of customer service this company provides! After a few back and forth text messages, we settled on a quote that was less than half of what the other plumbers quoted and that included a commercial grade, quality water heater that I purchased from them. The plumber arrived on time, was very quiet, professional, worked clean and efficiently. He double checked everything, took pictures of his work and when he was done, Emmanuel arrived to inspect his work. This company makes sure their customers are satisfied and they show you the quality of their work! They even came back at no additional charge to replace the drain pipe from the water heater’s overflow pan to ensure that if there ever was a leak, the water would not shoot out all over the place. They guarantee their work and Emmanuel even told me to call them in a year and they come back a provide a complimentary flush of the water heater.
These are some good guys that do professional, quality work and they understand the value of excellent customer service! I will recommend them to everyone I know!! This is a company that deserves to prosper, they put customer satisfaction over profit! Thank RapidDrain Pros!!!

They were great! Very professional, kind, and reasonably priced. Unfortunately, had a bad part but they were very responsive (worked w my schedule) and took care of it immediately. I'd hire them again.
