I’ve had the pleasure woking with Rourke at a few events. Hes “the” master of craft cocktails!! He holds him self and his craft to a very high standard all while joking and having fun!! If you’re looking for the best of the best, he’s the one!(oh btw this is coming from a bartender of 12 years)

Over the years I have had the pleasure of working with many wonderful people, but I can say by far Rourke is one of the most passionate, hardworking, knowledgeable, and skillful people I have met. This man is packed full of information when it comes to anything you can think of, especially food and definitely cocktails. I have seen this man master his craft, and I couldn't be more proud of the man he is today! I am thankful that I had the pleasure of working with him for many years, he will leave you speechless with his drinks, and his company will always be the cherry on top. If you are ready for the best cocktails you can think of, and conversations of a lifetime, look no further than this man!!

I enjoy working with offtheclockbartender because no matter how busy and hectic we get in the restaurant, he will still make the drink the same as if we weren’t busy. He stays consistent with his drinks and sticks to the recipe every time. He is very creative and it’s been amazing working with him. He amazes me by creating his own cocktail menu that everyone enjoys.
