Alfredo Juarez Installations came in clutch. They were very professional and polite even when I was dealing with other matters during their appointment time. Their work ethic was top notch and they wasted no time in giving me a little break regarding a discount. Their is impeccable and I'm very satisfied. I just wish I could rate higher than 5 Stars.

I bought expensive paneled drapes and sheers for two bedrooms that needed to be hung. There were already so many holes from prior installations. I needed someone professional to do the job. Hang the drapes and plug all those holes and apply touch up paint. These guys made it look like it never happened. Cant even see where the holes were. The drapes look beautiful. Alfredo and Freddy were so personable and attentive to what I needed. So appreciative for the professional job!

Alfredo and his son Freddy reviewed all of our shutters and blinds and gave me good advice on repair vs replacement. No hard sell, just listened to my needs as a customer and provided practical advice. They were prepared to complete the repairs on the same day and the repairs they performed were done well. Had my original shades done by contractor like 3-4 years ago, regretted my decisions on the automatic shades bc there were always connection issues along with having to charge these shades every few months... Contacted the original contractor - at first responded but then probably got too busy or uninterested since project has been completed, not sure. Was able to get in touch with another contractor - said he would check it out but found out my house was too far and wasn't worth it for him to come for such a small thing. Contacted a couple more contractors which showed interest at first but then left me in the back burner due to small project I'm guessing? However, when I got in touch with Alfredo and his team, his service, professionalism and responsiveness were on another level. He was able to convert my auto shades to manual - thank goodness!! so i can stop having so many issues with the auto system! I also needed a few more shades installed - for a door and in 3 windows in the living room and trusted him to do the job! Pricing was confusing at first but then after it was all sorted out, I think it was reasonable. Of course he will be my go to person for anything like this in the future. Thanks so much for restoring my faith and trust in contractors. I am very grateful and appreciative of his reliability and kindess.

Alfredo did an outstanding job repairing our sliding door patio shade/blind. Outstanding communication, he reached out to us promptly and gave us a sense of comfort speaking to him on phone. We FaceTime and Alfredo assured us that he could repair shade/blind. Same day arrival and repair two days before the Super Bowl. We are very happy with the result and customer service.
