We had a bath unit that needed to be taken out and Jonathan was our guy for the job. He did a great job to dismantling the whole thing quite cleanly. After that he cleaned up the walls and they looked good as new. :-)

I was really hopeful about Jonny. He seemed like a cool guy who knows his stuff. My job was only reconfiguring some custom new kitchen cabinetry we have but unfortunately Jonny was the flakiest craftsman I have ever (tried to) work with. He quoted the job which we could not afford so we had to reduce the scope slightly, but he agreed and it seemed like it was going to be fine. But then he ghosted me and when he did reply, apologized, but then kept being non-responsive. I think this is his way of sending the message that he doesn’t want the job. I can’t stand this kind of customer service and lack of communication. Atter l inquired several times he finally apologized and sent his uncle who said he’d take the job because Jonny got too busy. That was fine with us so his uncle took measurements and said he’d be in touch soon on an install date once he purchased the materials. Then, nothing again. I told him this is no way to treat a customer. All he had to do was turn us down and say the job is not enough money for him, or he’s too busy, or literally anything, so we could have both moved on. Instead he strung us along for two full months and now we still have nothing to show for the time he wasted. Such a bummer that people feel like they can treat customers this way and I hope this review is instructive for him as he looks to treat his other potential clients better in the future. All he has to do is communicate honestly and respect people’s time.
