this duo is fantastic. my carpet is actually clean from all the grease,dirt and puppy oopses. two other carpet cleaners would not even do my two stairs because they were hopelessly black. DONNA AND HER PARTNER GOT THEM PRACTICALLY SPOTLESS...... THESE TWO ARE NOW MY GO TO COUPLE FOR CLEAN, CLEAN, CARPETS. LOVE THEM....

Donna and her crew were very professional and did a great job. I love that she uses high quality green products. She orders her products from a special company...they cannot be purchased at any carpet cleaning store. She also took extra care in the guesthouse because I told her that our next visitor has cancer and is going through Chemo. I will hire them again.

My pricing for carpet cleaning is by the room, $30 per room up to 250 square feet. Hallway: $15 for every 5 square feet, Staircase: $40 for 1 Set of Stairs. Upholstery: $60 for Sofa, $50 for Loveseat, $90 for Sectional. Rugs: Small Rug $20, Large Rug $40. $60-$70 Minimum on any Job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out from the customer what needs to be cleaned. Quote the customer a tentative price. Schedule the date and time of the job. Give the customer an on-site estimate and assessment. Do a professional job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently attended the Carpet Cleaning Academy and received my certification. I will continue my training on a ongoing bases.
