What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the key. I call as soon as I hear about a job. I make sure all questions are answered and am open for any calls in the future. I need half of the money down. I don't have a traveling fee as long as your in my 25 mile radius.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a graphic designer. I became injured and needed to do something with my degree. Besides I love working with children.
