I hired Kris to set up my iKea Pax closet system. He came on-time, and was pleasant to speak to. We were missing some parts, and the job could not be completed that day, but Kris said not to worry that he would come back as soon as the parts were in. We trusted him and paid him the full amount for the full job even though it wasn't done (he requested the full amount, and said there was no way he would not come back), and that's proven to be a mistake. It's been months of trying to get Kris to come back and finish the job, and for the most part, he's just ignored us. We hate leaving reviews and kept trying to work with him to provide an ability to fix the problem, but it's not worked. We can see him online, but he refuses to respond to my calls/messages about when he can complete the job for months now.

I was moving into my new house and wanted a closet system. I ordered one of those IKEA Pax systems, but there was no way that I could put it together, and I didn't trust anyone I knew either to do it. A friend of mine recommended Kris since he'd assembled some of her furniture. Since he worked at IKEA, I figured he knew what he was doing. Kris did an amazing job and put a lot of attention to detail. He double-checked that it was laid out how I wanted, made sure that the drawers were working smoothly, and cleaned up all of the packaging materials away. I have more furniture to do, so I'll definitely call Kris for that.
