Have better organized movers who will actually work and not be told they need to hurry, as the movers we were given were a young teenager and an older man who were using the clock for their gain as this was an hourly job that should have taken max of three hours yet took over four. I moved three car loads down the street and they didn't even have anything loaded during that time onto their van. I had to tell them that I would move my own stuff over and to no longer move my stuff before they actually started working quickly. I wasn't moving a whole house over it was one bedroom, a dinner table, and a full garage.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Moving to a new home shouldn't be difficult neither working with a moving company! our hassle-free process its very simple! after contacting us via Email, Text or Phone, we will ask you a few questions about the move (Day, time, pick up location, drop off Etc.) so we can determine the size of the vehicle and personal we will use and we will provide a free estimate, after that we will move forward and schedule.
