The two first photos are the before, the last four are the after.
I purchased a house with an add on that was poorly built and slowly was deteriorating. ARN HOME IMPROVEMENTS demolished the add on and rebuilt it from the floor up. (except for flooring which they could have done. I have a family member that could do it.)
I couldn’t be more happier with the turnout and my home now feels complete.
I highly recommend them for your home improvements

North Park area landloard here. Last week, a tenant noticed the stairs leading up to a back unit were starting to structurally fail. I jumped on Thumbtack and contacted Adolfo and he responded within minutes and met me an hr later (on a Sunday!). Turns out, the entire two story stairway needed replacing. But before leaving, he gave me a quote, timeline, and assurance that it will be completed professionally. Two days later, it was complete and at a reasonable cost! In fact, spending time getting other quotes would have been useless.
Give Adolfo and his team a chance. Highly recommended!

Adolfo and his partner we great to work with. He gave me a fair price for his work and completed the job as soon as possible. I needed the handrail installation to be done quickly and professionally after someone fell earlier on the same steps. He helped make the steps safe. Thank you to Rosales Home Improvement. We had to replace couple of faucets, sink and a drainage pipe in garage. Since our house is old with ancient plumbing there were a few complexities when he was working on it, but even though he had to spend extra time he did not charge us more than what he had quoted. He also had to replace two additional valves, but didn't charge extra for labor. He did an excellent work. He was patient, professional, came on time and after work would clean up.
We also had some drywall patch work and painting to be done. He did a very good job with that as well. Overall we are very satisfied with the work.
