- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is competitive and a good value. Reasonable prices and within budget. Transparent with project costs to avoid surprises. I do give discounts for Seniors And military
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm always as professional as a person can be but also I'm very helpful and also I like to educate a customer if he or she doesn't know about something. I'm always honest with my customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well my grandfather was an Army Ranger then he became a licensed contractor. I've been going on jobs with my grandfather and my dad since I was young. I myself have been in construction for 28 years now. I also joined the Union carpenter's local 547 San Diego. I went through a 4 year trade school with them as a carpenter. And i journeyed out as a state Certified carpenter. And I can do everything from residential to commercial I can also do new commercial construction also new residential construction, & do everything in remodels. I also do plumbing, Electrical, I do know how to read blueprints.
