I can’t say enough good things about Franklin and his crew at Ace Flooring. He was extremely responsive initially and throughout the entire process. He was also friendly and helpful, even with stuff not related to flooring. He was the best quote I received from at least five different companies, and he never changed his price. Our general contractor (GC) was WAY too expensive, so reach out to Franklin if you’re working with a GC whose pricing is high... you won’t regret it. Our floors and stairs look incredible, and they have tied our major remodel project together. After paying for the completed project, I noticed a minor issue and reached out to Franklin. He came back, no questions asked, and handled it. There’s so much more I could say about my experience with Ace Flooring, but I think what speaks volumes is that I will not hesitate or think twice about using them again or referring them to friends, family or anyone else. My sincerest thanks to Franklin and his crew for everything!!!

Franklin did an amazing job installing the bamboo floors in my kitchen. He was prompt with responding to all my questions.on the day of the work, he arrived promptly and was efficient and clean. I'm extremely happy with his work. At the last minute, I asked if he could install the floor in my laundry room and he accommodated my request and did an excellent job there, too. I highly recommend him.

Franklin and his team were excellent to work with! They were polite, tidy and very fast. They tore out our old carpet and wood flooring and replaced it all in three days. They also replaced all of our molding and interior doors. They went the extra mile on everything. I have recommended Franklin to many others and will use Ace Flooring in the future!
