So glad I met Gladys! Gladys & Theresa did a great job cleaning out my rental home. I am very picky and they did a detailed job getting all the nooks and crannies where others tend to neglect. She even did a little extra, cleaning off bird do-do in the walk way and clearing out webs in the front entry. Don't you just love it when people go above and beyond without having to be told? That's rare these days. The house smells good and feels good. The house is happy and I'm happy. Thank ladies!

I wish I had before / after photos to post because the work accomplished was nothing less than a transformation! Besides the amazing work that was done on the things, we knew needed attention we received a ton of surprises with things like a clean garbage can, clean toaster, blender, scale...the list goes on. Gladis really authentically cares about leaving people in a clean and healthy space. When she had to take more time than originally estimated over the phone she followed through completing more than was in the scope of work! She said this was her integrity! How often do you hear a cleaning lady mention integrity when it comes to their work! She's very detailed oriented... if you just want the cheapest and fastest she's not the right fit, but if you want a quality job by someone who cares Gladis is amazing!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I read their cleaning needs, provide a quote for them and wait for a reply. Once I arrive at their home I ask what needs to be done, I get it done to the best of my ability.
