- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A fair price is given based on material and labor work. Willing to start project with a deposit of 50% upon signed approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Discuss project and needs of the customer 2. Draw a sketch of how the project will look 3. Sign a proposal and acceptance (agreement between contractor and customer about the project and pricing and agreement of putting 50% down to start project) 4. Contractor finishes project within agreed time on contract and receives remaining balance.

Throughout 11 years of working in the welding industry, I have learned skills and techniques. I have acquired certificates within the companies that I have worked with that accumulate to AWS standards.
