- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Home Organizing Projects we charge $50 per hour for 2 people, and $30 per hour for one person. Minimum number of hours for us to provide service is 2 consecutive hours per day. For Estate Sales, Moving Sales, and Garage Sales we charge 50% of the total sales; or we can negotiate a "buy-out," where we would offer you a set price to buy everything. For Online Sales we charge 50% of what each item sells for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free consultation. We answer all your questions and ask a few of our own to see if we are a good match for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are college educated. Licensed in Real Estate Sales. Experienced in Marketing, Sales, Business, and Customer Service.
