Introduction: I communicate with property management, ensuring the satisfaction of service. I coordinate details of service contract with the property association. I perform daily commercial pool cleaning, pool vacuuming, taking reading, tile cleaning, adjusting chemicals, blowing duck from debris, filter back washing as needed, cleaning of hair and lint baskets and skimmer basket.
