- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is extremely competitive, we also offer a discount to property management customers who decide to sell their home. We offer flat fee property management without any additional marketing or photography fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is very specific to each customer as each customer is different. Some customers we will meet in person at their home or our local office, some prefer phone or video chat. However our customers prefer to communicate is how we speak to that specific customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we have been licensed since 2002, Alexandra is a Real Estate Broker and on top of all her licensing she also does training classes to stay current with the market and new laws in place.
