What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your success is our success. Our monthly management fee is a percentage of rent collected, which aligns our services with your rental income. We offer portfolio and military discounts. For full-service management, we do not charge upfront leasing fees, renewal fees, or setup fees. We explain our pricing and any additional charges before you sign the agreement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding your needs, reviewing your property, and establishing a plan based on your goals. We then coordinate the management transition, prepare and market the property if needed, and screen prospective tenants. Once management begins, we handle day-to-day leasing, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, rent collection, and financial reporting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our property managers hold real estate licenses and work under our company’s broker license. Our training includes Fair Housing requirements, leasing practices, and property management procedures. We regularly attend seminars and continuing education courses covering legal updates and changes affecting rental properties.
