- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel it's best to understand my clients' needs before quoting an exact price, though I do have a standard I work with. The ranges in my pricing exist due to the individual nature of work that is required. Given how much work and detail I put into each resume, I believe my pricing is very fair. I am not likely to be the cheapest, but you are getting a Certified Resume Writer who deeply understands the process and will provide you with work that produces results. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a quick conversation so I can best understand my clients' needs and create a personalized quote. Everything I do with a customer is personalized. After agreeing to work together, I interview my client and get details about the strengths that they bring to their work everyday. I then formulate the information into a well-designed, clean resume filled with value and optimized for search engines. For both coaching and resume writing I help my customers realize and express their strengths in interviews and in social media.

I worked in HR recruiting; worked directly with HR directors, and job seekers to thoroughly understand all sides of the process.
