One hour after randomly selecting and contacting the company, Mr.Gabriel Barrios was at my house to see what the problem was. He diagnosed the situation, took the desktop computer and brought it back less than 24 hours later with a new hard drive installed. He then was able to retrieve hundreds of pictures from over 50 years that were stored on the Picasa program that was no longer active and had been discontinued. He was exceptionally talented and very knowledgeable in what he was doing with many years of experience under his belt. The cost of his service was very reasonable and he is to be commended as a wonderful representative of your company. I am forever grateful that he saved my many photographs of a 30 year Navy career and will recommend him and your company to any who might be in need of such professional, timely and exceptional service.
