Our pricing is based on industry-standard rates, often aligned with what insurance carriers expect through tools like Xactimate. That means no surprise markups just fair, transparent billing. If it’s an out-of-pocket job, we’ll always provide a clear estimate up front and walk you through it line by line. We’re here to help, not to add stress so we work with your budget, your insurance, and your timeline to make the process as smooth as possible
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out often during one of the most stressful times in their lives we move fast and with purpose. First, we assess the damage on-site and provide a clear, honest scope of work. We walk the customer through every step, making sure they understand the process and feel supported from day one. Our team coordinates directly with insurance when needed, handles all compliance requirements, and works efficiently to minimize disruption. We pride ourselves on being responsive, reliable, and respectful because we know that behind every job is someone’s home, business, or peace of mind.
